Well, it has definitely been a while. I've received so many emails requesting one feature, I finally decided to add it. So here it is folks, a DynDHS that can minimize to the tray! :) And for you DHS.org people, check out CentralInfo, they have a great free DNS service. It's the best one out there, so you might want to take a look! DynDHS 2.2
Wow. Last couple of days have been amazing, to say the least. The good news is that there's a NEW
version of DynDHS. Yes, that's right. It's only been 2 days, but there's already a new version. This
version has a lot of features that were badly needed. Auto-updating. That was very much needed. I'm
probably going to add to this program (it's actually useful!) so keep coming back. And yes, I
know I said I'll be adding a whole section for DynDHS on this site, but wouldn't you rather see newer and
better versions of it? There are (sadly) only 24 hours in a day. Oh, and a few notes: this is probably
the smallest download for a client like this (weighing in at only 73 KB) and probably the easiest to
use. I urge you to try it.
DynDHS
I've written a program called DynDHS. For those of you who know what it is, you can download it
here. For those of you who don't, it's a program to be used in
conjunction with DHS's DynDNS service. For more details, visit
DHS.org.
New Design!
Finally, we've got a new design! We've been working on this site for a while and were having difficulties deciding on what browser(s) to support. After reviewing the
statistics, we decided to support Internet Explorer 4.0+ and Netscape 4.0+. This led to serious problems as Internet Explorer and Netscape don't get along. It turns out that Netscape is not
very easy to work with. As a result, we recommend this site be viewed with Internet Explorer 4.0+. We tried our best to make the site look the same on both the browsers, but the site is
intended for Internet Explorer. If it doesn't look right, don't tell us we didn't warn you! Oh, and if you can, please do let us know what you think of the new design!
